It was a very fair process. I recommend getting there early to make sure you know where you're going. No difficult questions, just standard "tell me about a time x y z" questions. I had one phone interview and they said HR would contact me soon for a second interview. I waited for months and never heard back. The manager stopped replying to my emails. The HR hiring portal has a number to call about hiring progress, but it just tells you to check the portal. It was a total waste of time.

There was just one interview with a group of people, including my prospective new manager, two supervisors, and one peer. The interview felt longer, which I guess is a good sign. They asked basic, regular interview questions. The setting was pretty relaxed, but it was a little intimidating having several people in the room. They didn't share their titles, so I wasn't sure who to focus on.

I had a 1 hour and 15-minute interview with 4 people. They asked a series of critical thinking and behavior-based questions. The interview helped me understand myself better and allowed the interviewer to get to know me.
