Had a quick phone call first, then an in-person meeting. We talked a lot about the job duties, like the hours and potential pay. I also got a tour of the place and met the people working there. It was a really nice and welcoming process.

The interview process was very negative and they try to focus on all your weaknesses, especially for entry-level positions. There were many people in the interview, which was very intimidating. It didn't feel friendly to anyone on the spectrum.
