First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Utilimaster.
Electrical Engineer Intern
The interview process was really nice and welcoming. The people interviewing me were friendly. They asked me about my past experiences and my approach to work. I had a good time talking with them. Even though I turned down the offer because of housing issues, I would have liked to work there.
- Could you describe your work ethic?
Server
It was the same normal routine, nothing new, just like any other day. What's happening in this place here and over there?

Production Worker
I had to sit and follow instructions in a hallway. After passing the hallway questions, I went into an office/computer room and followed instructions on a computer. Then I got mouth swabbed. They said I'd see them in 3 days for orientation.
- Do you possess any special skills?
Aftermarket Intern
It was a good interview experience, the interviewers and HR were very friendly. It was a great conversation and the questions weren't too difficult. Since it wasn't a technical interview, only behavioral questions were asked. The whole process was pretty smooth. I received a Microsoft Teams link well in advance, along with the name of the person I would be interviewing with.
- What makes you interested in this company and this particular role?
- Can you share an experience where you encountered something completely new to you?
- Describe your methods for managing stress.
