The RTD reached out to me over email for the interview and then via text for further instructions, etc. The interview consisted of a panel including: Recreation Therapy Director, Administration Directors, and other Recreation Therapists on the Team.

The interview was straightforward. I was handed a list of questions, which were read aloud to me as I provided my answers. Most of the questions were pretty basic, though one asked about an instance where I performed a kind act for another person.

I spoke with the director of nursing. We went over my previous experience and discussed a bunch of questions about my background in different types of roles and situations, and how I handled them.
