It was a single interview round. They had predetermined questions written down and taped to the desk. Nothing asked was from my resume. Because it was impersonal and only one interview was held to make the decision, I felt they already had an internal candidate in mind and were just going through the motions.

First, there was an initial interview with three people. It was pretty informal. Each person asked questions one after the other. They asked basic get-to-know-you questions, asked for examples of leadership, problem solving, and conflict resolution. The second interview also had three people (two were the same). They asked why UDOT and where I see myself in 5 years. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience.

I applied online and after a few weeks, they emailed me to schedule an interview. I spoke with three people, including the manager and two other team members. The interview was pretty relaxed, which made me feel at ease. They inquired about my education and career aspirations, and also asked about my personal interests, which made for a more engaging conversation.
