The interview process felt very personal, friendly, and informative. I felt like the interviewer understood me and asked good personal and technical questions. They told me all the details about the job, which made me want the position even more.

What a let down of interview process. They interviewed me 6 months ago, I apply again 6 months later because the person who got the job 6 months ago leaves the company. After I interview again they reject me. They should have never interviewed me in the first place. It leaves a bad impression on me of wanting to work here at all, makes me question the values, the integrity and work culture. It was a waste of time for everybody to go through this process if they were going to go with someone that was a stronger candidate based off skill. Seems like I had a slim chance from the beginning so begs to ask why interview me at all. I warn everyone that is looking to apply that does not have the experience in the department because you will waste your time through the interview process. The interview was more of a conversational interview. Not a lot of direct questions about the job.

The interview was very relaxed, focused on getting to know me and allowing me to ask my questions. My interviewers were my future manager and assistant manager. They maintained a laid-back and casual approach, creating a pleasant work atmosphere. This branch is less busy, providing more downtime for extra training and coworker interaction.

It was a really thorough interview process. They asked some tough questions and really seemed to care about finding someone who was a good culture fit and had the right aptitude. Overall, it was a positive experience. The group interview part was pretty demanding, but manageable.
