The hiring process involved 3 interviews: one with the recruiter, one with the operational manager, and one with the hierarchical manager. The recruitment process was very well managed, both socially and professionally. A lot of information was provided.

First, they reviewed my resume, then we had a pre-interview phone call. After that, there was a test for soft skills. This was followed by interviews with the Manager and then the Director. I was also asked about pros and cons. Then, there was a work process interview, and an exam where I had to analyze and summarize a solution. Finally, they made a salary offer calculation.

Applied for a senior engineer role, but after an initial interview, the interviewer suggested I might be a better fit for a project manager position. I resubmitted my CV online and received an automated email for an interview. I booked it for a specific date and time without checking my availability. During the interview, the team was very pleasant and I felt positive about the role. They apologized for ghosting me on the previous job application. However, three months later, I still haven't heard back after this second interview. They ghosted me again, even after apologizing and promising to follow up.

I applied on the company website and the HR called me about 5 days later to schedule an interview for 3 days from then. I arrived on time for the interview, but I had to wait in a small room upstairs for about 30 minutes before the section manager arrived. After about 15 minutes, another person joined us, who I think was a senior supervisor. I didn't hear back from them after a month, and I wasn't selected.
