First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UT Health East Texas.
Patient Access Coordinator
The application process was very smooth, efficient, and easy to get through. I especially liked that they let you know right away if they decide not to move forward with you for a position.
- An interview is scheduled for later this week.
Certified Medical Assistant
I wasn't planning to apply here since I already accepted a job somewhere else. That other job initially offered me less pay, but their benefits package made up for it. Ultimately, they ended up offering me more money than I was first told.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What is your current location?
- Describe your ability to be a team player.
Exercise Specialist
I interviewed via Skype with the Hiring Director and two of the current exercise specialist. They all were extremely welcoming and genuinely interested in myself and my attributes contributing to the position. They informed me of almost everything I was already going to ask and were very upfront with me about certain things; schedule, benefits, weekend shifts, etc. I had a very good interview experience with this company.
- Can you tell us a little about yourself?
- What would you say is one of your greatest strengths?
- And what would you consider to be one of your weaknesses?
Registered Nurse
A recruiter looked at my application and texted me about an appointment with the floor leader. Then the floor leader sent it back to the recruiter. I had to contact the recruiter to get an answer. Each person I spoke with were not sure of the process and time lines.
- What do you see yourself doing in 3 years?
- Tell me about a weakness you possess.
