Senior IT Recruiter
There will be two Technical rounds. One with Team Lead and another with Manager. I like the Manager introduce himself and the way he explained about the interview process. At L1 round, I was asked about the technologies, I worked for and the clients I served.
- Can you tell me about your career closure count?
Bench Sales Recruiter
So for a bench sales recruiter, who's like, whose job is to find IT consultants for projects, it's usually a few steps. First, they'll look at your resume to see if your experience is a good fit. Then there's a quick phone call where they chat about your background, your experience, and if you basically qualify. They might ask what you know about bench sales and when you could start. After that, there's the first interview. This part has behavioral questions to get a feel for how you've handled stuff in the past, like dealing with tough clients, juggling consultants, or making sales. They'll also ask stuff specific to the job, like if you know IT terms, technologies, and how bench sales works. You might even get scenario-based questions to see how you'd handle problems like marketing someone with unique skills or what to do when a consultant is waiting around too long. Sometimes they give you actual tasks, like writing an email to a client, pitching a candidate, or doing a pretend interview.
- Can you explain TaxTerms?
- What differentiates c2c from w2?
Program Support Specialist
This is a performance-based interview process. It includes behavioral, critical thinking, and technical interviews. The goal is to make interviewing more effective at picking and promoting good staff. PBI means the interviewer defines the skills for the job and structures the interview to get examples of past performance.
- Tell me about a significant personal goal you established and how you achieved it.
IT Recruiter
The interview process has three face-to-face rounds. The first round is with HR, where they try to negotiate your salary down, like bargaining for vegetables. After that, a technical person screens you. The final round is either with the Director or HR. In most cases, they offer a salary lower than what you're currently earning. Since it's a Level 3 company, most people accept the offer for career growth, and I did the same.
