Honestly, save your time, because they will waste yours. The hiring process was a mess, things were inconsistent, and personal boundaries were totally crossed in some of the interviews. Just avoid them!

It was pretty straightforward, met with the hiring team and they spoke about the job. They are trying to grow their agency and they wanted help with that. They wanted someone only with B2B experience.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, but they really dug into how much you actually knew about the field, not just assuming you did, which was a good challenge. After that, there were personality and Excel tests before they made an offer.

The Executive Assistant called me to set up a phone interview with her, which was scheduled within the first three days of contacting them. A few days later, I had an in-person interview with the department head at the agency. We talked for about 15 minutes about the company and the position. Then, I spent 45 minutes doing some personality and skills tests. The last interview was with my direct supervisor, and we went over more details about the role. This was really informative, and I think they decided to hire me. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks and it was easy to talk to HR.
