It took about two months from when I applied until I got the offer. You don't just meet with the hiring manager, you talk to a few different people. First, there's a phone screening, then a phone interview, followed by a panel interview, and finally, you meet with the manager. It's definitely a lengthy process, but in the end, it's worth it.

I got hired after 3 interviews, which included two phone calls and one in-person meeting. The whole hiring process was a good length and pretty thorough. The waiting time between stages for me was quite long, about 2 months, but I've seen it take anywhere from 2 to 6 months for others.
