The hiring process took a while and was quite detailed. I started by submitting my resume and completing a long application. Then, I had a 20-minute phone screening online. Following that, I went to an in-person interview at their office which lasted close to three hours. Everyone I met was friendly and professional.
- What's your strategy for managing several upset customers at once?

So first you do a phone interview. If you meet the requirements of it you move on to an in person interview at the job site. Then if you meet requirements there you move on to hearing offer from a call from the recruiter.
- Tell me about a mistake you made and how you fixed it to keep a customer from leaving.
Sales Associate
They asked why I wanted to work here and seemed like they enjoyed my resume. They also asked about prior work and things I’ve done in the past. Overall, it was a very simple process.
