Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UScellular.
Intern
It was a pretty fast and easy process. First there was a phone call, then two video interviews. One of them was technical, and the other was more about my interests and behavioral stuff. After that, I waited, and the HR person called me with an offer.
- Can you share some of your weaknesses?
Intern
So first there was this telephonic round where they asked me some general personal questions. Then the next round was a technical one. They asked me about the basics of cellular technology and some other general technical stuff. Nothing too crazy.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What are the fundamental concepts of cellular technology?
- Do you have any other general technical knowledge to share?
Intern
Applied online and got contacted in three days. Had a phone interview with logistical and behavioral questions. Then an hour-long onsite interview with the department director and a manager, mostly behavioral questions about my resume and experience.
- Can you share an instance where a group project encountered difficulties and how you handled it?
