Behavioral Technical Presentation

You first meet with two managers before meeting with the director. Each takes approximately 45 minutes. One of the managers was extremely rude to a point where I almost walked away but decided to still see it through to the end. For starters no eye contact when shaking hands. Then when asked to elaborate experience with a software cuts you off mid sentence and says "let's move on." I can tell this individual is extremely impatient and has little to no people skills what so ever. Maybe they were bullied too much before? Would often raise their voice and speak in such a condescending tone. Talks to you like you're dumb or incapable. Makes unnecessary comments. If any of you interview there just be cautious that one of the managers may be a possible tyrant.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had two rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager, and the second round was with two other managers and lasted three hours. All the questions were behavioral. I didn't get an offer, and the HR rep told me the hiring manager didn't think I was a good fit, but I still advanced to the next round? She then asked how I thought the interview went before confirming if they were going to offer me the job. It was strange because I said I thought it went well, and then she said, "Sorry, we're going to pass."

Behavioral

I interviewed with three different managers and they asked a lot of behavioral questions. They read their questions from a sheet, and I noticed they repeated some questions. I never heard back after the interview process.
