Customer Service Representative
It was pretty simple. Just make sure to answer your phone. Getting a hold of HR is tough but they do call back. Management is super nice and welcoming.
- Are you able to manage a lot of calls?
Customer Service Representative
Walked in for their job fair. The company seemed a bit unorganized. We had to fill out applications in the break room and then were interviewed one by one. Nobody could really explain what the jobs were, either customer service or patient financial clearance representative. The hiring managers weren't ready for the interviews. It was short, she asked about my background and explained the job. She said if they decided to hire me, I'd hear back in a couple of weeks. This seems like another disorganized company looking for top employees.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your past experience?
Collector
The interview process was straightforward and I was hired and started working very quickly. The training provided was good, but the pay wasn't the best. The job itself was easy overall, despite being heavily monitored. I had two interviews back-to-back over Zoom, and they didn't provide any equipment for the work-from-home role. I was paid bi-weekly.
- How do you handle objections?
Follow Up Representative
The interview process was very positive. I spoke with two leadership employees, and it was a great experience. The questions were pretty general.
- General interview questions.
