So I had a screening call with a recruiter, then interviewed with the PM and HR head. That went well, so then I interviewed with the Head of Analysis and CEO. They said I'd hear back from HR the following Wednesday. But then they ignored me for two weeks. They said the Analysis Manager wanted to interview me but was on vacation, then out for another week. Today they told me they're going with candidates who have management operations experience, even though they knew my background. It feels like maybe there's some discrimination going on.
