First, I had a week to complete a recorded interview. It involved answering about three questions. They gave us practice questions and time to get comfortable with the website and recording setup. Once the real questions started, there was a minute to think before recording your answer for a set amount of time. All questions had to be done in one go. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and some future colleagues. A few weeks later, when I tried to follow up about my application status, the people I had contact info for basically ghosted me.

Behavioral Technical

Applied on Linkedin and was contacted by a Sydney-based agency recruiter. We set up a Teams interview for the next day. The interview, which was scheduled for 30 minutes, ended after 14 minutes because the recruiter didn't remember our previous conversation and asked the same questions. The recruiter then outlined the next steps: an interview with Usana HR and the ANZ GM, and promised to send the full Job Description and more role details. I didn't hear back for the rest of the week. When I followed up on the promised JD and interview, the recruiter ignored me. Later, I got an automated email from LinkedIn saying I was unsuccessful. I followed up again with the rejection email and was ignored. It's exceptionally unprofessional to treat candidates like this and reflects poorly on the company.

So I first worked with a recruiter who sent me an email with the job description and salary. I said I was interested, sent my resume, and had a quick call to chat about the role. Then they presented me to the company with my resume and what not. The company then reached out to the recruiter to set up an interview. I interviewed remotely with the manager and team lead, discussing my automation background and their tech stack. After that, I had a second remote interview with the manager and the rest of the team, which was more technical and checked for team fit. The third interview was on-site with the manager, an Architect, Operations Manager, and Director of IT Infrastructure for a group interview that included technical, situational, and cultural fit questions. They showed me around the building and data center, and answered my questions. They said I'd hear back the same day or next day, and I got an offer from HR by the end of the day. Overall a great experience with the recruiter, the office, culture, people, and benefits.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process for the Distributor Services Representative role was surprisingly casual, with the manager adopting a relaxed demeanor which I attempted to match. Despite this, I was not selected for the position, and was later informed my interviewing skills were lacking. The interview was quite unusual; the supervisor, who came across as somewhat abrasive, asked to review my application before I'd even received one. The office itself appeared modern and pleasant, suggesting it could be a nice place to work.
