The interview process was really straightforward and clear. It included situational and some technical questions. There were two rounds of interviews and we had a deep discussion on projects. It started from my educational background and experience with financial questions. And also there was an HR Interview discussing the Benefits.

So the whole process was, you apply online, then you do a bunch of online assessments. After that, you have a phone chat with the recruiter, then an in-person chat with the hiring manager. If that goes well, they'll review the offer with you, and then you gotta do a background check and drug screen.

My first interview with the HR rep, Ed, went really well. He said I nailed all the questions, unlike previous candidates, and that he'd "for sure" recommend me, even sending me benefits info for 2025. But then he ghosted me and didn't reply to my follow-up email. It's fine, just business, but ghosting felt a bit immature; a simple 'no thanks' would've been better.
