Technical Behavioral

It was pretty standard, with three questions for an online assessment, followed by an interview with the team I'd be working with. The behavioral questions they asked were quite specific, not the usual ones you'd find online. The overall vibe really depended on the interviewers.

Coding Behavioral Technical

Had a short online assessment with some easy and medium LeetCode questions, you get 30 mins to finish. After that, I scheduled a phone screening. Then I moved on to the final interview with a Software Engineer and the Director of IT, where they asked two LeetCode easy questions (finding the median and mode in a list and a sliding window problem).

  • Tell me about a time you foresaw a conflict and what you did to stop it.
  • Describe a situation where you noticed a potential conflict brewing and explain the steps you took to prevent it.
