Business Analyst
It was a straightforward process, and the people were pleasant and receptive. I decided not to proceed because the timing wasn't right. The phone interview was standard, then I met with the hiring manager and the director, who made the interview a breeze.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Describe your approach to handling challenging assignments.
Business Systems Analyst
I had a virtual job fair meeting with a recruiter. They went over the USAA environment and work culture, asked about my professional background and behavioral questions. Also asked about salary expectations and why I wanted to work for USAA. They mentioned their strict vetting process. That was it.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your last role?
