I had to do a coding thing, started Friday afternoon and submitted Sunday morning. On Monday, I got a two-sentence email saying 'X seems to be slow. How can you fix it?'. I replied within an hour but didn't hear back. Three days later, I sent a follow-up email and still no response. It was super unprofessional.
