Applied via LinkedIn and got an invite for a Zoom call with the team. They were really welcoming and warm. They made a quick decision and were clear about it. I didn't get the internship, but one person offered to help with my job search.

I applied for this gig online and then got an email about a month later to do a zoom interview. They asked me some questions about my resume and then described the job. I know there was a second round of interviews, but I couldn't do it because I lived in the wrong state for this remote position.

Behavioral Presentation

I traveled and interviewed in November 2018. The process had 4 interviewers and lasted over 1.5 hours. I felt like a strong candidate and they said they'd reach back out in a few weeks. The HR Rep even told me to start looking for housing. However, that was the last I heard from USA Football. No follow-up email, call, or notice that they hired someone else. It seemed like a decent place, but they clearly had culture issues and employees seemed stressed.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online in late November and got an email in mid-January for a phone interview. Three weeks after that, they flew me to Indianapolis for an interview where I met with 5 different people. At the end, I had to give a presentation to interviewers and other people I didn't know. I had one final phone interview the Monday after my trip. The week after, I got an email saying I didn't get the position. I think they were looking for someone who could reach out to underprivileged leagues and areas, and I don't think I was the type of person they were looking for. They seem like good people overall, and it's a growing organization.
