This was the longest, most ridiculous process ever. I spent entire days working without getting paid. I had to take tests and shadow people, while also carrying around a document for everyone I met with to sign off on.

Behavioral Technical Other

I interviewed twice for the role. The first time was with the manager where we talked about the company and the job. The second interview was again with the manager, and then I met the owner. I also met the Senior project manager and a project coordinator to discuss how the business operates. I also completed a general knowledge test to assess my skills in Word and Excel.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was pretty drawn out and took a while. There were three interview rounds, and the last one was a work trial where I spent a whole day at their office. Scheduling and planning were easy though, the admin was super helpful and everyone I met was nice. But honestly, it felt like the interviewers didn't really know what they were looking for, kind of like when you're pitching a small client who needs sales and marketing help but has no clue where to start.

Behavioral

Had a really good experience setting up a meeting over Teams. They were super responsive and helpful, and really flexible with timing, which made the whole interview process smooth thanks to their effective communication. They listened to what I was looking for and asked about my expectations, which honestly made me choose them right away because of the kind of experience they offer.
