Technical Behavioral

It was a pretty standard interview process, with a couple of stages. They had a technical assessment and then a behavioral interview. The questions were what you'd expect, and the people interviewing me were nice. Even though I tried my best, I didn't end up getting an offer.

Behavioral

The interview was really nice and relaxed. The person interviewing me made it feel comfortable, not scary like some others I've had. When I didn't have exact experience for something, they asked if I'd done jobs with similar tasks. They told me to focus on transferable skills instead of just job titles.

Behavioral

Got contacted by a technical recruiter about an immediate sales assistant contract role. They said it was urgent and might be gone soon. I suspect it was just a recruiter trying to hit a target because after that, they ghosted me on the next steps. Seriously, if you care about your time, avoid this company. Anything from their recruiters? Spam it.

Technical Coding System Design Presentation

First I got an email saying congratulations on clearing the interview rounds and we are pleased to offer you the position of Python Architect. Then I get to know that their team is preferring a guy just because he is based out of Noida, even when I was explicitly told that it's a remote position (discussed with their senior member also). Then I get a call from someone in your team who asks me if I can do freelancing on an hourly basis. Then I hear that there is some financial constraints for the position after pestering for minutes. This happens even after asking the question very candidly before the start of the interview process if there is any budget constraint for this position and I was clearly told no budget constraint. This is highly unprofessional from US Tech Solutions and a waste of time.
