The tour I took was way longer than advertised, like an hour extra. I also didn't get any tips, which was a bummer. And there was just way too much info to remember for the script. They really need to be upfront about how long the tours actually are, make sure people get tips, and maybe cut down on what we have to memorize.

The HR team here is a mess, seriously lacking in training and maybe they need anger management too. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior and honestly, I'm glad I withdrew from the process. Super long interview process. Started with a virtual group interview. Then had to send in an audition video. If they liked it, they sent a 40 page script to learn in 2 weeks. Then I shadowed a tour, and was supposed to do a practice tour with a veteran guide, and then a supervised practice tour. Haven't gotten to the practice tours though, because they keep cancelling or the guide just doesn't show.
