Behavioral Other

I had a pretty standard interview for a benefits role. I spoke with two or three people who were really nice and made me feel comfortable. It wasn't stressful at all. They even showed me around the department afterwards. Overall, it was a positive and laid-back experience. The team seemed really down-to-earth and were cool with me asking questions and bringing up any concerns I had. It felt like a typical interview with a small group of interviewers.

The orientation part wasn't too bad, it was kind of tedious but manageable. You just need to keep yourself clean. They do conduct hair follicle and urine tests, and they can randomly drug test you whenever they decide. If you're coming from outside of Missouri, you'll likely have your orientation in Illinois.

  • Do you currently use drugs?
  • When was your last drug use?
