I applied and then had an interview with HR, which included screening questions and a background check. After that, I met with the Department Head. The interview schedule was fast and the interviews were close together. I got contacted less than two weeks after applying. I got an offer about a week after that.

It was an informal interview process. The candidate had a background that fit the job. The interviewer seemed relaxed, maybe more focused on the social side of the meeting that afternoon.
