The interview process had three stages. First, there were language tests, covering both language proficiency and translation skills. After the language tests, there was a panel interview where they asked typical and situational questions. There was a two-week gap between the language tests and the main interview. It took about a month to get feedback after the interview.

The interview experience was really nice, simple, and positive overall. It lasted about 30 minutes and was conducted in both English and Indonesian. There were 3 interviewers in a panel: 2 from the department I applied to who asked the questions and 1 HR person who moderated. I got the interview invite in June 2024, after I passed the English test back in May 2024. They gave me a conditional offer letter just three days after the interview.
