I had a panel interview, which was okay. The interviewers didn't seem very engaged. They asked the usual questions like 'tell me about yourself' and some situational questions. I felt like it went well, but I never heard back, which is probably for the best since they are closing down.

It was a three round interview process. First, a phone screen with the recruiter, then an interview with the manager, and finally a panel interview with the manager and a program manager. Overall, it was pretty straightforward.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for one job but was called in for interviews for two positions in different departments. The interview processes were quite different. One was very rigid, starting with six required questions and the interviewer didn't engage much. The other was much more like a conversation, a back-and-forth. I prepared my responses using the STAR method, which was helpful because many questions were about specific situations and projects I had worked on.

An assistant reached out to me to schedule a virtual panel interview. There were 5 people on the panel, a mix of division heads and other attorneys. The interview lasted about an hour. They were all nice, open, and easy to chat with.
