I applied online and about two weeks later, I was called in for an interview. Unfortunately, the two staff members who interviewed me didn't seem to know how to interview well. They gave me a hard time about some things and asked confusing questions. For instance, one interviewer kept pressing me about where I was living at the time. While that's a fair question, it got to a point where I felt it was unprofessional to keep asking after I'd given a good answer and explanation. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I got the impression the interviewers weren't very prepared. I was glad not to get an offer. Quick tip: take public transport or get a ride. The parking garage in Crystal City is pricey; I ended up paying over $20 for less than an hour there.
