It was a really nice interview experience. I enjoyed speaking with the interviewers who made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout. I felt relaxed and could speak openly about the role, expectations, and compensation.

Behavioral Presentation

Waited in the lobby with nice staff while the director finished their morning meeting. Heard what sounded like affirmation chants. Then, I was taken to an office to discuss my background and the job. The role, advertised as a Corporate Trainer, was actually for an energy sales account manager position. The manager then pitched the job, emphasizing earnings and growth potential, before I left. I was offered a second interview with upper management, but the person never showed up, and it was a brief chat about my availability to start. The next day, I received an offer letter without salary details, as it's a commission-based job (contrary to the advertisement), with a training start date. I declined because I need a guaranteed salary.

The interviewers were both very professional. They were very straightforward about the job and the opportunities the company offers. I'd definitely recommend this for recent college grads wanting sales and marketing experience.

They talked me through the training process and it sounded good. The vibe was relaxed, and they were upfront about everything. They answered all my questions. Bonus points, they had a dog in the room which was cool. Plus, it was an easy drive for me.
