So I applied and then got a call to set up a virtual interview. When the time came, I chatted with someone from the company about why I wanted the job and went over basic maneuvers.

Before the interview, I was given a topic to prepare a lesson plan and then teach it during the interview. I had to teach about VOR and GPS to demonstrate my teaching skills and my ability to answer questions related to the subject. A dry erase board was available for my use during the teaching session.

Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a recruiter call where I was asked about myself and my willingness to work at different locations. Then we discussed the position and the company, followed by a technical teaching segment. They said they would send me a lesson to prepare about a day before the interview, but I never received the email. I reached out to them about the lesson and heard back 30 minutes before the interview, which they then postponed by an hour. About 4 hours after the interview, I was contacted with an offer. I was then sent the wrong paperwork with another person's name on all documents.
