Behavioral Technical

The Corps aims for fairness and merit-based resume evaluations, though personal connections and prior experience with them, especially in the target field, are quite beneficial. Interviews are usually conducted over the phone for fairness, but for higher-level positions (GS14+), they do fly candidates in. Most interviewers stick strictly to the script, offering no feedback or responses. A few, however, are more adaptable, providing encouragement during the interview and ensuring all questions are fully addressed.

  • Can you tell me about your experience designing Civil Works?
  • Please explain the MILCON design process.
