Medical Assistant
My interview at Uropartners was great. The staff was friendly and professional. The process was organized and efficient, and I understood the facility's values and expectations clearly. It made me more excited about joining their team.
- Was I comfortable with the position and the requirements for it?
Revenue Cycle Specialist
It was a thorough interview process, and the team was really friendly, making it easy to get hired. Overall, it felt welcoming and positive. I had a couple of interviews with different members of the team. They kept me updated on where things stood during the hiring process, which was good communication.
- What would you consider your strongest area of expertise?
- What is an area where you feel you could improve?
Marketing Analyst
I went through three in-person interviews. The interviews were with the Application Supervisor, the CIO, and the COO. This took place over about a month and a half. The first interview was the longest and the others got shorter.
- Do you have any prior experience?
- Have you used Google Analytics before?
- Do you know how to edit CMS?
Medical Assistant
I talked to two people. The first one was from HR and the second one was at the clinic. It felt like they were trying to filter out people who have young children. Also, the job posting said it was full-time, but they told me during the interview that it's actually part-time, and they didn't give a definite timeline for when it might become full-time.
- What was the real reason you left your last job?
