I had two phone interviews, one with the market GM and another with national coordination. They asked about my experience with the company and my thoughts on the brand. I was also asked how shadowing a past parent rep made me feel about continuing with the role, and about my marketing and sales background.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a really thoughtful but also efficient process. The hiring team was super clear and decisive about what was next, so we moved pretty quickly. Started with a phone chat with the hiring manager to make sure we were on the same page about the role. Then I had an in-person interview, and after that, they asked me to come back with a 6-month marketing plan to tackle the current situation. I also got to meet the CEO, two key colleagues, and two direct reports as part of it.

Behavioral

It feels like a tinder app where parents can ghost applicants during the screening process. There is no assurance of when a parent will follow up, either saying they are still interested or not interested, and it keeps the interviewee in the dark. The most you can do as a babysitter waiting for feedback is if you have an iPhone, you can see the parent's activity and then have to assume that they are no longer interested so that you can continue to consider other opportunities.

The family will contact you after reviewing your profile. The interview usually takes place with the child present. Parents observe how you interact, talk, and engage in activities with their child while asking questions. Feel free to ask questions and be confident.
