The whole thing took a while, like three months, with two main stages. The recruiters were okay, mostly quiet though. I liked that every chat was just me and one other person, felt more personal and less intimidating. And pretty early on, I got to talk to the HR Director which was cool 'cause I could ask about benefits and get a feel for the company from her.
