Behavioral Technical Presentation

I started with a chat with the hiring manager, who asked me about my skills and what I've done. Then, I met with a group of people from the team and someone who used to work there. They asked a bunch of questions about working in a team, managing, and how I'd handle different situations. Finally, I talked with the hiring manager again and the CEO. They both told me a lot about the company and why they love what they do. The first chat was 30 minutes, the panel was an hour, and the last one was also an hour.

Presentation Behavioral

The final round was pretty long, like 1.5-2 hours. It involved an interview with the HR head and the ED. Then, I had to do a presentation that I prepared beforehand about a career readiness topic. I had to lead this presentation for a panel made up of staff and students. After all that, I didn't get any follow-up. I emailed them twice to ask if they were still considering me, but no response.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a program manager role in Chicago. After submitting my application online, I had a phone interview with an executive based in DC. This interview wasn't very conversational; it felt pretty structured. The next steps involve a work sample and an in-person interview. Fingers crossed for the rest of the process!
