Court Monitor
The interview was pretty straightforward. It was a group thing, so you weren't the only one under pressure. They asked about why you want to work at UA, what you've accomplished that makes you proud, and some practical stuff about getting around and your age. Just be clear and calm, and you'll make a good impression.
- Tell me about a project or accomplishment you're particularly proud of.
- What makes you want to work for UA?
- Could you share an achievement you're proud of?
Assistant General Manager
It was a pretty straightforward interview, with questions that got right to the point and didn't include anything irrelevant to the actual job. I liked that they didn't ask a ton of 'tell me about yourself' type questions, and instead focused on 'this is the job – how would you handle it' types of questions.
- Given a scenario where a customer is unhappy about a specific thing, what steps would you take to fix it?
Team Member
The interview process was pretty simple and easy, first we had to fill out a sheet about ourselves, and then the interview pretty much was just going over the sheet and talking about how you could be a good asset to the team
- What is your earliest availability to start?
Assistant General Manager
Basic, simple, and easy operation questions were asked. They covered management style, open availability, and weekend work, which is a must. ServSafe certification is also required. The interview process lasted about 30-40 minutes.
