The interview process was good. I went through a few interviews: a screening, a tech task call, and a culture fit meeting. It all went pretty well. In the screening, they asked me some basic questions and about my salary expectations. For the test task, I worked on an assignment with a manager. During the culture fit, we discussed my background and the role.

The interview process was well-organized and conducted entirely on UpWork with scheduled times. The interview flow was good and productive. The interviewer was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had.

It was a half-hour Zoom call with the Program Manager for the interview. The questions were pretty easy, with a couple of hypothetical scenarios related to common team challenges. But it turned out they were actually looking for a different role, so we decided to go our separate ways pretty quickly after that.
