First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Upwell Health.
Quality Assurance Agent
The interview was really informative about what the new job would involve. They interviewed a few people who were interested. The whole thing took about a week. I was super happy when they offered me the job. Some people I knew from inside recommended me.
- Are you open to screening accounts for accuracy and adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations?
- Tell me why you think you'd be a good fit.
Sales Manager
Most of the time, sales managers get promoted from within. After being an entry-level sales rep, I applied for the role and it was a very professional process. When an opening comes up, any rep can apply, but they only select those whose sales numbers meet a certain threshold to interview. First, I met with current managers I wasn't super close with (to keep it unbiased) so they could see if I'd be someone they'd like working with and who would meet the position's standards. After I passed that, I then interviewed with the director of the Frontline sales department. This is a key step because they reviewed my character and my ability to manage. Once I passed that, I interviewed with the Vice President of sales. From there, the director and VP of sales made the final decision based on my character, management skills, and performance.
- What's your motivation for wanting to become a manager?
Account Manager
It was a Skype interview where I had to answer questions about sales and my competitiveness on a scale of 1-10. Then, there was an in-person interview with two of the managers.
- What is the best way to handle angry customers?
