The interviewer seemed to think they were superior just because they were the interviewer. One interviewer was overconfident and arrogant, saying it's a crime to ask for feedback and you should never ask for feedback. I passed all rounds but still got rejected for no reason and they didn't even bother to call to update me.

I have had 3 technical rounds so far. The first one was late Friday evening and went well. The second was on a Sunday. Then there was a 2-week gap with no follow-up, after which the recruiter contacted me to schedule the third round. The third technical round was on a Saturday. They asked me to build a live log displaying react app, which I completed on time. Again, there was no follow-up or feedback. I contacted the recruiter 3-4 times, and her response was she's still waiting for feedback from the team. It feels like a waste of time when there are no hiring plans.

The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was with HR, the second with product, developer and CEO, and the last was a cultural fit interview. The company was responsive until the 3rd round, then it became hard to schedule. After finally getting a response, HR said they'd reach out in a couple of days to schedule, but I never heard from them again. It would be better if they could just say if I'm not being considered or if the position is filled.
