First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Upstream Rehabilitation.
Patient Care Coordinator
The interview process was laid-back and involved speaking with 2-3 people. Be ready to answer the same questions multiple times. You'll discuss salary with the hiring manager. It seems like your connections in management matter more than skill or knowledge for RPM roles.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 to 10 years?
Patient Care Coordinator
They sent me 12 interview questions and asked me to email responses. Some made sense for an initial screening, but some were ridiculous to ask me to type out. For instance, "Tell me what you know about BRAND" and they didn't even fill in their own company name. I responded within hours and never heard back. That is extremely disrespectful to my time as an applicant.
- What are your career aspirations for the next 3 years?
Office Coordinator
I went through three interviews and I thought it went well. I had to chase them for a status update. They said the manager and hiring manager would call on Thursday or Friday. I didn't hear anything, so I called the next Wednesday and they told me they offered the job to someone else. I feel like they led me on and wish they communicated better. Job hunting is stressful and this was unprofessional.
- Describe your experience working as part of a team.
Physical Therapist
First, there was a short phone screening that lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then, I had another phone chat with the Regional Vice President, which was around 30 minutes long. After that, I got to visit a couple of different clinics to see what they were like before I decided to sign on.
- What motivated you to pursue a career as a physical therapist?
