Product Manager
The interview process was very beneficial for my future interviews. Initially I had a phone interview with HR discussing my experience and goals. I then had a two hour face to face interview with HR, and multiple team members at the company. It was quite intense, as I was only 19 years old at the time. This taught me how to be professional and also how to prepare for interviews in the future.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenge working in a team and how you resolved it.
Analyst
After I passed the hiring manager screen, I was scheduled for four more interviews. Two of these interviews seemed to ask the same questions as previous ones, which I found a bit confusing. The interview structure was changed about three times. The last interviewer mentioned I only had 20 minutes due to a scheduling conflict. I had scheduled this a week ago, and this particular interview time had been changed previously.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Director
The Upsher Smith team was well organized and had the process well planned. The process took a few weeks, but I believe it is normal for positions like this. Each person I met with was professional, polite and respectful. Based on my experience and first impression, the company impressed me.
- What value do you believe you can contribute to this company?
- Tell me about a specific situation, the actions you took, and what happened as a result.
Sales Representative
I had a quick phone chat with HR and the manager, then I went in person to meet the hiring manager. The in-person with the hiring manager went well, I felt good about it and got a lot of info about the job and how things work here. But, I didn't really get to say much about why I'm a good fit with my skills and personality.
- Can you describe how you handle working in a dynamic environment?
