Operations Manager
The interview process was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. It followed the typical steps and provided standardized feedback. However, it lacked specific details about what areas needed improvement for the role.

Supervisor
I applied and got a call the very next day. I went in for an interview and they said I was the most qualified person they'd seen and told me to watch out for emails from HR. After that, I ended up filling out and signing 13 different forms. I live in Illinois, and the background check laws there are really strict about how and when you can do and use them for hiring. None of the forms were an offer letter, which has to be done before a check. They also require pre-adverse action and adverse action letters, giving me a 5-day window to fix any mistakes on my background check before they can decide to use it to determine if I get the job. I didn't get any of those. I am filing a civil rights violation under IL law, and I'm not the only one. Don't work for them. Their complete lack of regard for employment laws shows they don't treat their employees well. There are tons of class action lawsuits, both settled and ongoing, that prove this.

Supervisor
The interview started with me talking about myself and my past jobs for about 15 minutes. Then the hub manager took me on a tour to show me around and tell me about UPS's history. Right after the tour, they offered me the job.
- Could you please tell me a little about yourself?
- Tell me about your previous jobs.
