Submitted my application on the website and had to complete an aptitude test within 3 days. After waiting about two weeks, I had an HR phone interview. Then, I waited another two weeks for an interview invitation. The first round was a group interview, and the second was an individual interview.

I applied through a program and was referred, then also applied online. First I met with HR to give some basic info about myself. HR then passed my profile to a team, and I interviewed with that team. The process was pretty easy and wrapped up in less than a month. They asked about my programming skills and languages, OOP concepts, and some general behavioral questions. It felt more like a conversation where I also got to ask some questions about the company.

Had a phone call first to check my summer availability and graduation date. Then another phone interview for technical skills like Excel. After that, a Skype interview where they asked me competency and experience-based questions. I got a call with an offer 2 days after the second round.
