I first had a recruiter screening over email, no human interaction. Then I was offered a panel interview. I asked the recruiter for more details about the role and how to prepare. The recruiter didn't know much about the role and just said to review the job description. The panel interview started at 9am sharp with 3 panelists who seemed robotic and unwelcoming. They asked only unusual situational questions that didn't seem related to the job. After 30 minutes, and asking my own questions at the end, I still don't understand what the team does or why it exists.

I think there were about 4 interviews, and they didn't give me much feedback between them. I made it to the final round and then they just ghosted me. No reply from the hiring department or the sales team. It was super unprofessional and shows how they treat their employees. The first recruiter I talked to was great, but then they changed. It's not that hard to just send a quick email saying I didn't get the job, but apparently, that's too much to ask.

It was a pretty relaxed interview. They wanted me to check out their website and know their products before coming in. If they liked me, they showed me around and introduced me to the people I'd be working with. I got a call back from the hiring manager with an offer in about an hour after I left.
