First there was an HR screening interview. Then I interviewed with the team. Lastly, I was given a case study assignment which we discussed during my interview with the hiring manager, and also during the interview with the team and manager.

I submitted my resume and then got a call for a face-to-face interview. The interview went really well, I thought, we had great rapport. They said they'd follow up in 1-2 weeks about the next step. I sent a thank you email the next day, and then another email a week later to check on the process. I never heard back, which I thought was a poor reflection on the company for not even sending a courtesy email to let me know. HR seemed really keen on me, and the interview was very interactive and positive. It was disappointing that they didn't even email with a brush-off, they just ignored and discarded me.

Technical Behavioral Case Presentation Other

Before the interview, there was a skills test on sales and customer service, which I felt was common sense. After passing, I got contacted for the first interview with HR. A few days later, I had a second interview with three people, one of whom was an Area Manager on the phone. This interview had a behavioral questions part with three pages of questions, and then a role play which was unexpected.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I was asked to leave the room and study a 3-page passage with technical info on a product and a client. I had 10 minutes to prepare, then come back and sell the product to the client, overcoming objections based on the passage.
