It's a process with several steps to get an offer. They can stop the process at any time. First, there's a pre-screen phone call, then a phone interview. After that, a management test, followed by an in-person interview with management and a presentation.

Behavioral

I first submitted an application on the website. Then, I had a chat with an HR person who helped set up the in-person interview with the hiring manager and two other people from the team. The actual interview was pretty chill but still professional. They got back to me within a week with an offer, and I took it because the job seemed like a really good match.

I applied online in November 2014. Got a call in early December to set up a phone interview. They asked basic behavioral and interview questions during that call. A couple weeks later, I went to the Air Group Building for an on-site interview. They offered me the job a few days after that.
