I first submitted an application on the website. Then, I had a chat with an HR person who helped set up the in-person interview with the hiring manager and two other people from the team. The actual interview was pretty chill but still professional. They got back to me within a week with an offer, and I took it because the job seemed like a really good match.

Finance and Accounting
I applied online in November 2014. Got a call in early December to set up a phone interview. They asked basic behavioral and interview questions during that call. A couple weeks later, I went to the Air Group Building for an on-site interview. They offered me the job a few days after that.
