Really nice process, it had several stages, and a really cool psychology assessment. Everybody I met seemed to know their stuff, be enthusiastic about their jobs, and approachable. I think the way they hire says a lot about the company, the people they bring on, and how satisfied people are with their careers.

It was a great long process where I was asked about my skills in managing and processing data, and my communication skills with others. The job involves interacting with clients in person or over the phone, making inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments, check clients in, and manage client flow in the tax office. You'll also take payments via cash, check, or credit card for tax services.
