Senior Designer
My interview process with Uplers was smooth and insightful. The HR team was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. The interview itself was moderately tough but filled with genuine, well-thought-out questions. My interviewer was impressive, showcasing strong knowledge and clarity, which made the overall experience both challenging and enjoyable.
- Can you describe your design process?
Digital Marketing Specialist
The whole process had 4 stages, and most of it was automated. The interview part itself wasn't the issue, it was what came after. They promised things they didn't deliver. Unlike a normal company, they keep your CV and never reach out with job openings. The interview process was long, and it sucked that after all that, I just got a buggy ATS that's basically useless. After a lot of follow-up, their HR shared one job that wasn't even relevant, and then they went silent again. If you're looking for a real job, don't waste your time here. They won't hire you even if they select you.
- How do you optimize and set up campaigns on Google Ads, and what key metrics do you use to measure results?
- Can you explain how to optimize and set up campaigns on Facebook Ads, and what key metrics are important for measuring their results?
- What are the key metrics you use to measure the results of Google and Facebook ad campaigns, and how do you set up and optimize these campaigns?
Salesforce Developer
The interview process has three steps. First, an online exam covering Salesforce coding, admin, and theory. Second, a verbal exam testing English communication. Third, a theoretical technical interview. They mentioned there are no scenario-based questions, only theory. The process seems to have a luck factor, as selection chances are low even with correct answers. Feedback for non-selection is vague and partially correct. It seems like they have a specific way of handling things with existing employees based on this experience.
- Questions about custom objects, settings, and metadata
- Some basic questions on the lightning framework
- Questions on apex basics

So basically there were 4 rounds in total and the whole process went pretty smoothly. The first round was an MCQ test focused on PPC. Then, the second round was a communication test using the Conversant app. After that, the third round involved a subjective written test about PPC and such. Lastly, the fourth round was a one-on-one interview. I managed to pass two rounds back in Feb 2022 but got stuck on the third one, even though I thought I did okay. I really think they focus too much on the theory in the written test, which doesn't actually show what a candidate can do. When you've been using a specific tool for 4 or 5 years, the small theoretical details don't really matter on the job. It would be better if they swapped this subjective written test for a verbal round to get a better sense of candidates' real skills and weaknesses.
- Theoretical questions mainly, and some practical aspects of google ads, facebook ads, linkedin ads, amazon ads etc.
- Communication test using conversant app by pearson to measure reading, speaking, listening ability etc in english language
